About Lana Eckel-Rife

Buying or selling a home is more than just a transaction: it’s a life-changing experience. That’s why I’m dedicated to providing clients with exceptional, personalized service. I take great pride in building relationships and will work relentlessly on your behalf to help you achieve your real estate goals.

As a long-time resident of Woodville, Ohio, I have the expertise and market knowledge of communities in Sandusky, Ottawa and Wood counties. But, being a native of Perrysburg, I am well versed in all areas of northwest Ohio. I especially enjoy helping people get to know the charm and benefits that come with living in the smaller northwest Ohio communities.

Throughout my career, I have worked every aspect of the industry—representing sellers, buyers and investors in both residential and commercial markets. I’ve built a solid foundation of clients in a wide array of real estate transactions.

I believe that the keys to a successful partnership with buyers and sellers are constant communication, attention to detail, knowledge of the communities, putting customers’ needs first, and most importantly, the work that goes on behind the scenes to get homes sold fast for the most money.

Continuing education is important to me as a realtor, and it’s important to my clients that I stay in tune with what is happening in the industry and in northwest Ohio. I’ve been mentored and coached by several of the most highly acclaimed real estate coaches in the industry. Working with me comes with the backing of Key Realty, Ltd., the largest brokerage in Northwest Ohio.

Also, it is important to me that I give back to my community and to the industry that has served me well for so many years. Among various other community services, I serve as a Director on the Board of the Toledo Chapter of the Women’s Council of Realtors, and I’m also on the Fourth of July Celebration committee for Woodville.

Let’s get to know one another. I feel confident in my efforts to serve your real estate needs.
